PS by Prarambh – Privilege Membership Program

Please read these terms carefully to avoid any misunderstanding. By using your membership benefits, you agree to abide by the following conditions:


1. General

1.1 As a Privilege Member of PS by Prarambh, you are entitled to discounts and benefits from our participating brands across various categories.
1.2 The number of participating brands may change or be modified without prior notice.
1.3 All offers are subject to change, withdrawal, or discontinuation at the discretion of PS by Prarambh or participating brands.


2. Offer Usage

2.1 Offers cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or advertised special.
2.2 Flat or percentage (%) discounts cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
2.3 Offers are only valid for the items listed in the scheme. Any additional items or services must be paid for separately.
2.4 Offers are not valid on festivals, public holidays, or specific blackout days/times as determined by individual brands. These details are mentioned in the individual brand terms and categories.


3. Redemption Policy

3.1 Each coupon requires a valid purchase to be applicable.
3.2 Active membership authentication is mandatory at the time of placing the order.
3.3 Offers are valid for dine-in only, unless otherwise specified for home service.
3.4 Home service offers are valid only for selected brands and categories. Applicable delivery charges, if any, are as stated by the respective brands.
3.5 Price, menu, and deals are subject to change without prior notice. Discounts are applicable on regular menu prices only.
3.6 Only one membership can be used per table, per visit, or per transaction.
3.7 A discount coupon is necessary for the validation and utilization of each offer.


4. Reservations & Availability

4.1 All reservations are subject to availability, especially during weekends and rush hours.
4.2 Prior reservation is compulsory for categories such as doctor consultations, imaging centers, and laboratories.


5. Member Responsibilities

5.1 Carry your smartphone with active membership to show at the respective outlet while placing the order. Offers will not be entertained once the bill is printed.
5.2 No verbal agreements or claims will be accepted.


6. Brand & Service Liability

6.1 PS by Prarambh shall not be held liable for service deficiencies, order mismatches, delays, or quality issues. These remain the responsibility of the participating brand.
6.2 Brands reserve the right to accept or deny any request that falls outside the scope of the listed offers.
6.3 In case of disputes or misunderstandings, the decision of the outlet manager will be final and binding.


7. Conduct & Compliance

7.1 The management reserves the right to refuse service to any customer displaying indiscipline or inappropriate behavior.
7.2 All applicable government taxes (GST, levies, etc.) are extra and binding upon the membership holder.
7.3 "Conditions apply" to all offers as outlined above.
